Michael Delpierre – CEO | Chief Marketer

Michael DelpierreMichael is responsible for creating the overall marketing vision, strategy, and implementation for Conversion Pipeline and their clients. He’s a veteran sales and marketing executive in the Washington D.C. metro area and held leadership roles with top Fortune 100 organizations. Michael is a true entrepreneur at heart having started 3 profitable small businesses before the age of 35. He is armed with an MBA in Global Management and loves new technology, especially anything made by Apple.

“Conversion Pipeline understands how difficult it is for small businesses to market themselves online. Our goal is to help small business owners execute affordable and cutting-edge Internet marketing solutions that yield a high return on investment.”

Michael is often seen either playing golf with his two boys (angels…really) or reading De Tocqueville to them. Kidding about De Tocqueville, with two little boys it’s more like Dr. Seuss and Hannah Montana.

Sam Collingwood – Managing Partner

Sam Collingwood a Managing Partner and Vice President of Sales at Conversion Pipeline is responsible for channel partner development, client acquisition and revenue growth. Mr. Collingwood brings more than 15 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development leadership to the company.

Mr. Collingwood’s last position was as Sr. Business Development Manager at AOL where he oversaw technology partners and strategic ventures; negotiating several high-profile deals that generated millions in revenue. Mr. Collingwood’s team also led several cost management initiatives driving more than $100M in savings to the bottom line. Prior to AOL he was a Product Marketing Manager at Verizon Business for their IT Solutions group. In this position he developed and executed “Go to Market” strategies for new products and services. While at Verizon (MCI WorldCom at the time) he also held Management positions leading outside Sales and Marketing teams.

Mr. Collingwood is married with two children and spends most of his free time volunteering as a coach and Board Member for the local youth football, basketball and lacrosse programs…You might also hear him jamming with his one man band in the basement on the weekends.

Alleen Taylor – VP of Marketing & Social Media

online marketing firmAlleen Taylor brings over 15+ years of sales, marketing, and social media experience to Conversion Pipeline. Alleen has experience in businesses ranging from small start-up businesses to the Fortune 50 companies. Alleen has even owned several small successful businesses of her own. While quickly ascending the corporate hierarchy, she honed her management skills by continually increasing company brand and revenue goals. She is a Maryland native and a graduate from the University of Maryland with degrees in Accounting and Finance.

When she’s not texting, on Facebook, Twitter, or blogging, she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children. She volunteers with her children’s school and sporting activities and coach’s girl’s field hockey.  During her “down” time she can be found listening to Adele and decorating her house…then redecorating…then redecorating again…

Christopher Gough – Director of Sales

Chris is an enthusiastic and experienced industry veteran who brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing leadership to Conversion Pipeline.   Chris was born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduated from Radford University with a degree in Finance.

His career began as a sales executive for Internet legend UUNet Technologies. After several ultra-successful years in technology, Chris wanted to expand his horizons and accepted a managerial role at Bankers Life and Casualty.  Throughout the years Chris never lost touch with his technical background or entrepreneurial sprit.  When asked to join Conversion Pipeline he welcomed the challenge and opportunity to help lead one of Virginia’s fastest growing Marketing companies.

When he isn’t speaking with small businesses, Chris is known to frequent various Omaha and Texas Holdem poker tables. Chris is married and recently had his first son.

Leigh Genetti Search Engine Optimization Manager

Leigh Genetti is an SEO Manager for Conversion Pipeline and is responsible for implementing Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing campaigns. Ms. Genetti has almost five years of experience in Internet marketing, public relations, communications and prior to joining the team at Conversion Pipeline Ms. Genetti began her own business providing affordable search engine and social media marketing solutions for small businesses.

Ms. Genetti has also worked with the Smithsonian Institution as an Education and Outreach coordinator at the National Museum of Natural History. During this time she not only enriched her love of web marketing and social media, but also gained valuable experience in event planning, executing press events and working with VIP clientele. Her interests and work experience also extends to the legal sector as Ms. Genetti  has created and implemented online marketing solutions for a variety of law firms in the Metro DC area and Michigan.

Ms. Genetti is a very proud graduate of the University of Michigan, majoring in History and Political Science. In her free time, Ms. Genetti enjoys competitive water skiing, shopping, campaigning for candidates and political grassroots movements, and watching her Michigan Wolverines compete in football and basketball–no matter how poor the performance in recent years… Go Blue!
