Effective August 18, Conversion Pipeline has increased their ranks by one; the digital marketing agency hired Lia Milgram to assume the position of Content Marketing Manager. Milgram is an accomplished writer, with experience that ranges from the composition of book reviews to highly technical feature-length articles, and compelling copy for e-newsletters, brochures, tweets, and more.

Michael Delpierre, CEO of Conversion Pipeline, said, “We are ecstatic that Lia is joining the team to spearhead our content marketing strategy. Now more than ever, creating content that can connect to its intended audience and influences action requires a unique approach. Lia’s creative writing skills will enable our clients to communicate better with their customers which, in turn, drives revenue growth.”

In this new role, Lia Milgram will manage the content creation process across a variety of online mediums, and will assist in the oversight of the promotion and distribution processes. She will be responsible for writing blogs, press releases (like this one!), website content, and other copy as needed to satisfy the needs of Conversion Pipeline and our clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Longwood University, and a Master of Professional Studies in Publishing from The George Washington University. Milgram comes to Conversion Pipeline from the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA), having previously served as the primary content editor for the bimonthly SGIA Journal, and the quarterly SGIA Journal: Garment Edition.

“I am enamored by the craft of writing,” said Milgram. “And I have seen firsthand the power it has to influence, entertain and enlighten. That I now get to exercise that power to the benefit of Conversion Pipeline’s clients is very exciting.”
