2017 Annual Security Awareness Fair

Industrial Security Integrators recently held a Security Fair to discuss the Government’s release of the Defense Information System for Security/Joint Verification System (DISS/JVS) and the National Industrial Security System (NISS). These systems replaced the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), the Industrial Security Facility Database (ISFD) and the Electronic Facility Clearance System (e-FCL). Speakers at the Security Fair explained how the implementation of these systems would affect small businesses and the clearance process.

The 2017 Annual Security Awareness Fair was held on Thursday, October 12^th at the Trump National Golf Club in Washington DC. The Security Fair featured security experts from both Industry and Government.

Online Registration and Email Campaign

Conversion Pipeline worked with Industrial Security Integrators to help make this event a success. We provided them with an email campaign featuring eight emails that were sent to their database. These emails included important information about the event including early bird discounts, speakers, schedule of events, expert subject matter and more. We also created a registration page where users could quickly and easily register online.

The Security Awareness Fair was a huge success. Attendance far exceeded our client’s expectations. In fact, there were so many attendees that the event was standing room only. Attendance at the Fair was more than two times the size our client has had at similar events.
