Unnatural Link (Black Hat) Message From Google

In a recent video Matt Cutts, Google Web Spam Team, stated that only 2,500 out of the 700,000 emails sent out by Google to Webmasters in the first two months of this year were for “Unnatural Links” or “Black Hat” issues. The remaining emails that were sent out by Google were for Spam.
